I have never made a mooncake before or should I say I have never even dream of making a mooncake myself. Well, you may say this is not a REAL mooncake but I get this satisfaction after making it although it was not 100% successful.
So, here's the vanilla flavored jelly mooncake I have made together with my brother. I should have bought the corn or yam flavor. I think they would taste better.
