No wonder many say that a kitchen is the heart of the home. Many women spend lots of their time in the kitchen, preparing food for their loved ones. With today’s advancement in technology, there are many kitchen appliances which cater for women who are busy. I am beginning to look into getting these kitchen appliances to ease my cooking and baking since I have no more maids to help around in the house.
Bread machines are great! Since my husband bought me the bread machine, my interest in baking increased tremendously. I started with making bread loaves, then to all types of sweet buns which include chocolate buns, sausage buns, blue berry buns, meat floss buns and garlic buns. I even ventured into making pizza, cake and dough for noodles. Now, my children say that I’m the best mother in the world just because I can make lots of things for them. Does that mean I was a bad mother last time when I can’t cook and bake?
Just recently, I got myself an induction cooker and I think it is very useful and easy to clean. No more black pots due to the yellow flame. We changed the old fridge for a bigger one since I cook and bake more nowadays. I still remember going to the electrical shop to browse through the range of refrigerators a few months ago and search for the most suitable one. Believe it or not, I was as excited as a child in the toy shop, searching for a favorite toy.
Now that my kitchen is equipped with all types of kitchen appliances, I have all the help I need and I will try to prepare better meals and healthy snacks for the people I love.
