Chocolate Chip Bread

Since I have some chocolate chips left from the last time my sister made banana chocolate chip cookies, I thought I would try to make chocolate chips bread. It turned out quite nice and the children even asked to have chocolate chip bread for dinner and in the form of a bento. (will post the bento later).

My Second Trial

Karl and Nyn love durians and I promised them that if my first loaf of bread was successful, the second loaf would be a durian bread (too ambitious, eh?) Since my father in law has trees that produce good durians, this durian bread turned out to be delicious but it looks more like a cake to me.

My First Loaf Of Bread

It has to be a wholemeal loaf because that's hubby's favorite.

Busy Making Bread

Finally, I own a bread maker! Thanks to hubby who used his credit card reward points to exchange for a bread maker.

Now, I'm busy making bread, trying all sorts of recipe. Excuse me, will be back soon.
