Working In The Food and Beverage Industry

It's the fifth day of Chinese New Year! This year, my brother gets to celebrate this joyous festival with family and friends. Since he went into the F&B industry, he had to work every Saturday, Sunday and when everyone else is enjoying Chinese New Year. This year, although he is still in this line, his work covers mainly training the staffs instead of working in the restaurant, hence the ability to rest on weekends and public holidays. I can see his relief and happiness. So I guess, even if there are any Sous Chef Jobs available, he would rather choose to remain in this company and have more time to spend with his family and friends.
