The property price in Malaysia has been high lately. Some feel the price is reasonable but some feel it is the property bubble. My husband kept saying that this is not the right time to buy a house. To me, I accept his opinion and I feel that we do not have to rush into buying a house just for the sake of owning a house. When the right time comes, we would consider buying a house. By then, I wish I would have a Pergola outside the house, beside the garden where the children could run about while I enjoy my book and coffee under the pergola.
