Italian Specialties

We always tease our children that they would marry a westerner when they grow up since they like pasta, spaghetti, fish and chips, chicken chop and all kinds of western food better than Chinese food.

So, I always ended up cooking pasta and spaghetti at home, trying to experiment with different types of cooking styles and ingredients. The above dish is one of my "creations". What shall I name it? Er... any suggestions?

Off course, this cannot compare with our all time favorite dish: The Aglio Olio spaghetti served with roast pork in Mr. Ho's Fine Food in Mid Valley Megamall.

Delicious Italian Food

Here’s a small little restaurant in Bandar Mahkota Cheras that serves Italian and western food. It may look small but the food here is delicious! Here in Susan’s, every dish is decorated very nicely and it actually increases my appetite just by looking at it.

We like dining there. The decorations in the shop give us a soothing and relaxing atmosphere. Every time I dine there, I got my camera ready but when the food was served, I forgot all about snapping photographs. So, you can imagine how tempting the food was. Here’s the only photograph of one of the dishes I managed to catch.
